Latina’s town council announces an european ideas competition composed of one phase, for the requalification of its coastal territory; a portion of territory not limited to the seaside, but extended into the hinterland, an area of approximately 2500 hectares.

Latina’s council administration has choosen the way of a unitary, organic and structural project, that joins the valorization of the whole coastal territory, and its intrinsic qualities, to the main aim: the resolution of the main area’s critical state, in line with the main reason that leads the whole operation: cultural, economic, turistic and structural improvement of Latina’s coastal territory.

It’s a great challenge that we propose to the analysis of the most valid
intelligences qualified in the sector, from which we expect propulsive ideas
able to help the rebirth of a great natural and cultural patrimony, never
adequately valued.

This website gives to the partecipants of the competition all necessary
material to know the territory and to comprehend its problematics and
potentiality and to work out ideas and proposals.
